I need a good routine.
I do forearm curl and reverse curl after my arms exercises i do 3 sets each, and by doing back exercises my forearms really burns.
i never tough forearms with weights. I do as a lot of other people do I just do not use wraps unless a very heavy set. the grip strength throughout day after day of weight training will actually help build your forearms
Reverse curls work well, standing or preacher
jerking off, dumbell wrist curls
My two favorites are reverse grip preacher curl and behind the back barbell wrist curls.....
Really has helped put good solid size on my forearms
