    Exclamation First Cycle !!!

    Sir
    I want to start my first steroid cycle so guidance is required

    statistics :

    weight : 165 lbs

    height : 5'10''

    age : 21 yrs

    Experience : 2 yrs

    I don't know much about steroids.I have read a lot about them but not able to make a good gaining cycle out of them with least side-effects.
    I am currently taking Optimum Serious Mass Gainer.

    You all are much experienced so please help me out with this.

    yet another diet issue. you should fix your diet and possibly training.

    Welcome to the board. 21 is border-line age-wise to start using steroids. It would be best you wait a year or two more, just to be on the safe side, there's no point in rushing it. Also at your weight I would advise that you have alot of natural potential left before the need of steroids. I believe you can do alot of improvement with your diet and training before you need steroids. Stay on these boards and you will learn everything you need to get huge! Good luck.

    should i take supplements instead of steroids ???

    Can you recommend me some..i have tried only some weight gainers...

    You seem to want a magic solution... stop thinking about all these extra things you can add, and get back to the basics. We told you your diet needs work, and it's not for nothing we say this. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, if your diet is not top notch, you will NOT GROW. And you would be surprised how much food you have to pound back every day, with perfect timing. Don't waste your money on supplements, go to the diet section and they will help you build a champions diet, and then head to the workout section and learn how to train like a champion, and you will be on your way to getting huge my friend.

    2 years of lifting is really just scratching the surface and NOT enough time to be thinking about steroids

    FOOD is more important right now than any steroid or supplement

    Lets get your food intake corrected, and you will see some amazing gains !!

    actually i am from India and doing my engineering(B.E/B.Tech) in Computers and go to college daily so don't have much of non-veg everyday
    my diet schedule :

    8:00 AM
    BANANA SHAKE that has:
    4 banana
    500 ml milk
    1 raw egg
    1 scoop ice-cream
    1 scoop peanut butter
    1 scoop Serious Mass

    with the shake i take 3 boiled egg white

    12:30 PM

    Rice + bread + yogurt + pulses

    4:00 PM
    Bread + cooked vegetable

    5:30 PM

    boiled potatoes 1 or 2 not regularly

    6:00 PM

    GYM

    7:30 PM
    BANANA SHAKE same as in the morning just instead of 1 scoop of serious mass i add 2 scoops

    3 boiled egg whites

    9:30 or 10:00 PM

    Dinner : bread and some cooked vegetable

    11:30 PM

    1 glass milk

    once or twice..a week i have chicken or mutton

    Your diet needs some serious work, repost this in the diet section. There is barely any protein in your diet, what happens to all the meat and fish? Once you tweak your diet, you will start to see results.

    Macros would help, but i can see your your diet isnt very good.

    You need to start a new thread in the diet forum lol for expert advice...

    I love this I see the same post like 8 times a week, this guy must have found out that gear is a magic potion that will make you super man. 80 percent gear 15% diet and 5% being dumb right?

    There is one problem many people have advised me to have beef & tuna in my diet but the problem is that i can't get beef & tuna here in India can you please suggest me some alternatives ?

    Eat any meat product, goat, sheep, Fish anything fresh and lean to add protein. Use your imagination. Dont rely on shakes for meals especially gainer shakes.
