    Training Female Model

    iv got a question from a female model. she needs to lose a few inches round her hips/bum and waist. what is the most effective way to lose inches.
    how is the best way to diet and train.
    stats = 179cm / 114IBS / 20%bodyfat (by a hand held measurment)
    her diet = porrage with honey in the morn
    apple for a snack
    ricecake with cottage cheese and avacado dinner
    bannana for snack
    not sure what else she has after this

    day1
    supersets for 1 min
    squats +lunges
    leg curl + leg extensions
    sit ups + plank

    60 min power walk

    day 2
    cycle 5k
    treadmill intervals 1:1 20mins
    crosstrainer 20mins
    10mins bike cooldown

    this session mainly playing with her heart rate from 60% to 80%
