Thread: job in the way

    job in the way

    I could find what i was looking for while searching so ill ask here.
    I am without a doubt an ectomorph. On top of this I work 5 days a week in a hot warehouse doing hard labor. Because of my work schedule I also have to sleep 3-4 hrs at night and 3-4 hrs during the day. How should I address this when setting up my workout plan?

    If it was me, I would get some HGH before anything. I'll probably get flamed for saying that, but your body is not recuperating like it should if u are having to sleep 4 hours at the most in 2 different shifts, and you are not getting optimal HGH output naturally. My next advice to you would be to workout whenever you can, and eat whenever you can. Unfortunately, your lifestyle does not allow you to eat 6 meals a day, every few hours, and get 8 hours of sleep at night, so you have to do your best with what you got.

    Tough schedule man but i wouldn't sweat it too much unless you have aspirations of being a bodybuilder or something. Your job is physical as it is and i feel that work and rest come first. Just get the workouts in when you can and don't get too upset if you miss one here or there cause the gym will always be there. Good luck man.
