    critique please??

    mon -Chest and Triceps
    tue - Legs and Abs
    wed - Off
    thur - Back and Biceps
    fri - Shoulders

    Chest, Back and Shoulders and Abs are done:
    4 excercises all with 3 sets 6,6,12

    Biceps and Triceps:
    3 excercises all with 3 sets 6,6,12
