I'm on week 3 of my PCT, coming off a 12-week test only cycle. My diet is in-check, however, as of this week I am losing starting to lose strength. I would call losing 2 reps in almost all upper body 3rd/4th sets a drastic loss in strength actually.

My split looks like this:
Monday: Chest/back/cardio
Tuesday: shoulders/abs/cardio
Wednesday: arms/cardio
Thursday: traps/abs/cardio
Friday: legs

This was my split all throughout cycle. Should I maybe condense everything more? Less? Work everything 2x per week?

Also, please take my word for it that diet is good. It's 200 cals over tdee divided 400/350/120
