    Chest workout

Quick question on my chest workout. I have been doing chest and Bicep on the same days but the past few workouts I havent had a chance to hit them because I have been working out for 2 hours and I am usually about spent. I just wanted to know if my chest workout is too much or is it ok to go with.

I start out with Flat Bench and do

    Warm up 135lbs 15x
    Warm up 185lbs 15x
    205lbs 10x
    225lbs 10x
    245 5x
    255 5x

I do Negatives about once a month sometimes twice but when I do it is something like

    300lbs 5x negative
    325lbs 5x negative
    350lbs 5x negative

    1rep Max after negatives
    starting 250lbs 1x
    260lbs 1x
    270lbs 1x
    280lbs 1x
    290lbs 1x
305lbs I could not do today for some reason...

    Incline Bench
    135lbs warm up 15x
    155lbs 12x
    165lbs 12x
    175lbs 10x
    185lbs 10x
    205lbs 10x

    Incline Flies

    25lbs 20x
    35lbs 15x
    45lbs 15x
    55lbs 15x
That is all my DB bars can hold for standard weights.

Then I usually do Biceps After. I just wanted to know if it is ok to hit Bicep after long reps and sets workout like this or should I hold off on Bicep for another day?

My weekly Routine usually consist of

    Chest/Bicep Monday's
    Shoulder's/Tricep's Tuesday's
Legs/Back Wednesday's <--- this is a 4 hour workout usually and it sux any other advice would be ausome.
    Thurday's Repeat chest/bi
    friday repeat shoulder/tri
    sat legs' back
    Sunday REST!!!

well you can over train yes but like the body builders, its common to hear them doin anywhur from 30 to 50 sets perbody part they work out! as long as you know when to quit and you'll know once you worked them out good enough! theres days i slam heavy ass weights on chest and later on that day im feelin like i never traind them good enough! and i always work out my pushin muscles one day and pullin the other days like chest and tri's should be the one u work on on chest days, the stronger your tri's and the bigger they get, makes your bench go up really good! IMOP!

This is not really much weight, I dont strain non of this weight its just I had my wrist broke and torn ligiments. So I am comming back off of injury. My goals I am not really looking to bulk or cut I am trying to get my strength up as of now. But I would rather be bulking along the way then cutting for the time being.

All bodyparts twice in 6 days? If you are recovering from this your intensity is severely lacking. Especially doing back and legs during the same workout? Either of these by themselves should have you completely exhausted and done for the day on their own. How about a good ole traditional one bodypart a week and kill it instead of using light to moderate intensity.?.?

    Totally agree.

I did back today and i felt like i was going to puke. The heartburn kills me with back and squats from the intensity.

You do far too many sets for each IMO. 2 hours for chest alone - THEN biceps? You need to take a chill-pill buddy.

I definitely agree with Fireguy and DSM, one part per week. And REST DAYS! Your body NEEDS to recover to grow. You might not be sore or 'spent' until hour two or three or whatever your crazy-self does... but you need rest and recovery so, somedays you might not be sore - others you can't move. Seriously, rest, more time in between, one body part.

LEGS AND BACK on the same day! I'd separate them.
