    working out 2x a day

    am working out to times a day is this to much a feel pritty goosed but my mate works and askes me to go at night with him

    if it is whens best morning or night ?

    IMO 2 x of weights a day is over kill and prob over training....you grow when your resting not when your training.....i dont think you get enough rest therefore no growth will be happening...

    as for the time of day.....that depends on what you like.....maybe best to do night if you have a training partner at that time......do cardio in the morning and weights night....wey thats if you want to do cardio.

    Once a day is plenty, and whether it's at night or not is completely up to you. When i do cardio it's in the morning, then i train at night.

    cool cool well a have a partner so shall do my cardio at night and waights in morning

    see if a have to do them both at one point is it best to do cardio after my training in the morning?

    ideal IMO would be cardio a.m empty stomache for 45 mins.....weights p.m and 30 mins cardio straight after......thats what im doing at the min and its working well......BUT that is not to say you have to.........do what suits you and your life.

    Sounds about right to me. I've just recently started up AM cardio then lifting on my lunch with 20 minute cardio after. Been kickin' my arse but I gotta get my fat ass back in shape.

    sound lads will give it a blast pritty much sorted all my shit out now gd solid diet and training sorted just gotta stick with it be in touch soo lol
