    I hate deadlifts...

    ....AND SQUATS SUCK TOO

    Anyone else feel sick for the next hour after doing these exercises. Not only that but they shoot my nerves. Not kidding, sometimes i feel like i need a xanex after back or leg day. Sometimes I feel like losing my lunch in between reps....if god knew how much i hated them he wouldn't have made them so good for me.

    I get crazy heartburn after squats and deads but i still do them.

    i definitely am not to thrilled about working out legs and back until i actually start the work out. then i get this rush when i'm working them out. it's a love/hate relationship!

    try drinking gatorade (just a few sips) in between sets always helps me with this sorta thing

    alright il be the nicer guy here lol... they both suck but when you progressively see gains and are getting massive you cant beat those two.. compound lifts that build MASSSSSS

    Drink more water during these exercises.

    There are little way to trick yourself into enjoying leg workouts more. Your legs are a HUGE muscle group, so the harder you work them, the more calories you burn...which means 8 pack, HERE I COME
