    Good Ab Routine

Lol, just saw the post about working abs every day twas funny the responses..

so i am posting this up to say whats yalls ab routines that you work abs 2 x a week...

How much time do you spend as far as minutes in the gym on em?

azn, I usually spend about 45 min per bodypart (back..legs...etc etc)

so if i am doing 2 body parts 1:30. ... .get it ? so do you spend 45 min doing abs if you are trainign it like a regular muscle?

guess i never got into abs much?

I have just been into my strict exercise/diet for alittle over 2 months now so I am by no means "ripped' but I am in alot better shape then before, and when I do abs I spend about 30 minutes or so.

I spend about 15 minutes on abs 2-3 times a week if I am maintaining and twice a week hard with added resistance if I am building. I am on my phone right now, but when I get back to my computer later I will post up a routine.

Abs are indirectly involved in alot of excercises of other bodyparts. That's why it's good not to spend so much time on them.
