Thread: help with chest

    Need help on chest

I have had problems with developing my chest. I am 5'10"180 lbs at ~10% bodyfat. I have a strong upper chest but my lower chest is lagging behind. My outer chest though is my main problem;inner chest is built but not the outer and it looks really narrow. I was wondering what i could do to Broaden my chest? Flyes or something?

my suggestion is to work on postural exercise like rows, pulls, etc so your back tightens and your chest naturally will look both bigger and wider.

I have found a wider grip will give you what your looking for. If you have the thickness then making it wider will enhance the way it looks.

Pinch your shoulder blades together while benching.

Flyes on cabels, machine or dumbells are all great.

    Try some heavy benching too.

through alot of trial an error (my personal experience)

i've found that nothing works on myself (trying to bring up a weak point) other then, just adding more mass.

the more mass you build, the fuller/more dense look comes..

well in my case that is.
