Looks solid. It could use a little more volume (more exercises and sets). Also, if this is a routine that is trying to build strength and size then I would throw some sets of 5x5 and 3x10 in there. Meaning, use heavier weight and do less reps. Overall though, especially if you are just starting, it looks solid.
I've been training for years now. This actually is the training routine that I'm currently using. What do you think?
