I just saw one of his videos, and he does partial bench presses.
I've never tried that.
However, I Have tried lowering the bar to below my chest (my ribs) and above my pecs. Milo Sarcev's vdo tells you what that's for (lower pecs, upper pecs if you have no other equipment)
Anyway, I've never tried it. It seems to me that it's a good plateau breaker, like the smith machine is, by allowing you to use more weight.
Any1 have an opinion?
