    Back not sore

    Hi

    Im 23 years old on the 3rd week of my cycle of TEST and DECA when i started my ccke i was 8% bf 160 lbs and im 5'9. now im 175 pounds and all is great. I have 1 problem though my problem is that my back NEVER gets SORE anymore, i am lifting more and lifting harder and still NEVER get sore anymore. Is there a reason for this?? i know the steroids should help in my recovery but my chest, legs and shoulders still get sore even though only for a day but my back is NEVER sore. is that normal or am i not lifting enough? Although im sweating like hell and my form is near perfect when lifting

    Recovery and soreness varies for me - but if you feel like you're back isn't getting as good of a workout in try switching up your routine some.

    Add a new lift - maybe this one -
    Pullups with a closegrip pulldown / row attachment are great. Alternate which side you come up on.

    Or use a different exercise as the main weighted lift of the day. Bent over rows / t-bar rows. whatever the case may be.
