Hey guys. I felt a slight discomfort/pain today while working out back. I was basically doing the bent over two arm row. Only our gym has a machine that you lie your chest on an incline. I think its called a T Bar row? Not sure.
Anyhow the pain is right in the center of my chest. I am not sure if i should stop doing this machine. It hurts when i do heavy weight.
I just wanted to ask to see if anyone else experience this sensation and is there anything i can do about it.
