Hi guys.

I've run this program - http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_a...wn_hypertrophy - before, and have had great results. All without any gear.

The layout was running for three weeks, and I had the layout for the week looking like this:

Mon: On
Tue: On
Wed: On
Thu: Off
Fri: On
Sat: On
Sun: Off
- repeat.

The question is now, would this simply be an overload for my body if being used on a Test E/dianabol cycle? My primary concerns are that my strength would skyrocket through the roof (it even did when not on the juice), and the too frequently added weight on the bars then would hurt my joints, that would lack behind. Could this eventually be? I should maybe add that my joints were sore in the end of the program - after the three weeks.

Then for the second question

If the program is good to go, then how would you tackle the deload/decon afterwards? I myself ran a decon for 7 days afterwards, but I think, due to the gear, it would be highly recommendable to run a deload instead, with really low intensity to allow the joints and the muscles - and not to mention the CNS - to recuperate. Do you guys agree?
