Hi guys im about to start my first cycle next Wednesday and have a few questions about Creatine, Amino Acids and daily vitamins
I bought these supplements and have been recommend to use these products before and during the cycle.
I was wondering whats the best time of day to use creatine?
best time to use amino acids and how many tablets to take per day?
When is the best time to take the vitamins?
when should i begin lower my doses of creatine and how long should i be on it for???
23 years, 162 lbs 8%BF
Goals are to reach 175-180 ripped
My cycle will be TEST E, Deca and DBOL
