Hey Fellas,
Today was my back and bicep day. I did my back earlier and all was well but when I went to do biceps I couldnt even come close to doing what I normally do on the first set so I decided to stop. I just want to get full potential out of my biceps. Today was my first workout doing my back and biceps together so my I should pick something else to do arms with or maybe on a separate day? My biggest question is..... Is it okay if I wait a little while and then do my biceps? Im just not sure if its okay to split up a workout like that. Like I said, I completed my back workout earlier.
