2 Workouts in one day ok???

    Hey Fellas,
Today was my back and bicep day. I did my back earlier and all was well but when I went to do biceps I couldnt even come close to doing what I normally do on the first set so I decided to stop. I just want to get full potential out of my biceps. Today was my first workout doing my back and biceps together so my I should pick something else to do arms with or maybe on a separate day? My biggest question is..... Is it okay if I wait a little while and then do my biceps? Im just not sure if its okay to split up a workout like that. Like I said, I completed my back workout earlier. Thanks in advance for any help. Appreciate it!

Two workouts a day is fine. Just keep them both to about an hour or less and spread them out as much as possible.

Personally back and bi's on the same day wouldn't work for me. You're using your bi's in almost every back exercise. Bi's already get a pretty good work out on back day. I like to do bi's and tri's at the end of the week almost as a rest day. I go as intense as I can, but arm exercises just are a lot less work than the larger muscle groups. If I work my arms on the same day as any other upper body part it just takes away from the overall work-out, and adding anything to leg day is out of the question.

Personally I dont like to see people doing two a days consistantly unless they are able to be professionally trained. Too easy to over do it. I have never been able to do it successfully without overtraining. I also suggest if you are going to do it you have a nap between.
