I dont have a current pic of my legs, i have gained 2 inches since this pic...
I have been really trying to work on my legs - just got to squatting 315lbs for 8 reps.

This is what i do now:
Squats 4 sets, 6-12 reps
Leg Press 4 sets, 10-15 reps
Leg Ext 4 sets 10-15 reps
Hamstring Curl: 4 sets 10-15 reps
I do calves in a different session, every 7 days.

It changes alot but this is my split right now, its a bit weird i train maybe about 10 times a week. I do quads and hams every 7 days. I do abs and calves every 3 days. I take 1 day off every week. Then I cycle through the following bodyparts:
Chest and Triceps
Back and Biceps
Shoulders and Traps
It works out roughly over 7 days that I hit all muscle groups twice except legs which I do once. Sometimes I split my workouts so i do one bodypart instead of 2, then i will do the other in the evening.
First just want to say you look good. As for your leg workout I would get rid of the leg extensions and put either front squats or hack squats. Also you are not doing enough for your hamstrings....Do some stiff leg Deadlifts and maybe lying hamstring curls or standing hamstring curls.....If you really want to shock your quads and hams throw in some Walking lunges.......Just my .02
I second this advice, so now you have .04 cents. The upper body is very nice, good size, shape and symmetry. The lower half needs some work though as mentioned. You mentioned your set and rep scheme which looks decent. Are you truly bustin your ass in the squat rack?
