    Front squats

    Been trying them and **** they hurt my delts. i do them with the elbows up and crossed over style. I have found the groove for the bar but chokes the hell outa me. Anyone do the olympic version with the wrists or the charles poliquin version with wraps?

    that is the first time i've seen front squats with the straps. I used to do them but cannot get into the gym. I am paying for it. I do think they helped develop density in my legs.

    Try spreading your arms so your elbows are out to the sides rather than in fron of you, thisway the bar runs over more of your delt and spreads the pressure over a larger surface.

    Also focus on lifting elbows up nice and high, u will get used to it
