    5 Months natural cut progress pics

    First, I'll have to thank so many ppl from this great forum who helped me alot on the way achieving my goal, specially from the diet section, I'd have never come close with my effort alone without all the info, and knowledge i gathered from here.

    OK,. Here are my "almost" monthly progress, i wanted to start a progress thread but was kinda embarrassed of how i looked at the begining, so I waited till i am not that horrible looking, hopefully from now on, i'll be able to post a monthly progress

    Before i start "this pic was in may 2010"

    now, if i may ask for an estimate bf% as for now, as i am kinda hesitant on whether to continue cutting for another couple weeks or not,. i wish i am around 10% , that was my goal to acheive by my 30th Bday, which is in 2 days :-)

    Another Question,. and is the most important,. I kinda made up my mind "thx to this forum great members suggestions", but i would like to hear/read what you guys think, if i should do a 12 weeks cycle, of just Test. en., and this BTW would be my 1st one, my goal is to gain some mass, keeping "if not reducing" the current BF%, I'm kinda scared to naturally bulk, and start gain BF again, even slightly,. that would be a huge disappointment.

    thank you all very much, seeing my b4 and after pics, i already feel at the top of the world, but such kind, encourage words, makes me even happier, and more determine to get better.
    I would be so thankful if you guys could chime in, and give me ur opinion about the Questions I asked, about the BF%, and to cycle now or not, as to build some mass, and keep the BF% if not improving it.
    another thing, would be sooo awesome, if some one could suggest what to do with the loose skin i have at the lower ab area, and lower chest, really bothers me,. dunno what to do about it, i don't think there is much fat left there, but just the skin is not THAT tight as i would hope

    Like I told you before bro, surgery is really your only immediate option. In the meantime, you can work on building that area so muscle fills out the skin somewhat, the way the fat used to.

    This is an absolutely incredible transformation, at your age and natural. I could not be any happier than even you about this. I'd like to see the workout program. I think a 12 week cycle would be fine, I'd add deca, or even a deca only cycle, but hey, I'm just a huge deca fan, you keep almost all of what you gain from deca, stays in your system longer, more mild, etc... etc...

    thank you bro, the diet program for the last 8-10 weeks was as outlined here,."and again thx to gbrice"
    though after couple of weeks didn't see as a desired change,. i gradually reduced the carbs further "was only 1/2C oats with my Post workout whey, and the carbs from fruits and viggies during the whole day, couple tsp of sugar, and almost a litre of skimmed milk for my daily needs of coffee", i don't think i exceeded 100-150g carbs/day, protein/fats macros stayed the same, not so often i hit 2k kcal/day, usually around 1700.

    cardio: running EVERY AM for 40 min on an empty stomach, last 4 weeks, upped to 60mins after my morning coffee/whey "shake", for 10kilometers daily, and i think that was the major factor, i didn't miss a day even thro some minor injuries,

    Resistant training:
    1st 4 weeks: 3days on, one day off, chest/Tri/upper abs,..delt/legs,...back/bi/lower abs,.. around 30sets in 60 minutes
    2nd 4 weeks: i felt my leg was lacking soo much" i think cuz too much cardio" so i changed it to: 3 days on, one day off, chest/back,.. legs/abs,..delt/arm,. worked best for me

    i think i gained some good LBM on the last 8 weeks, i didn't accurately measured the BF "only the lame electronic scale", but on the scale,. i lost only 3-4kg " a lil over 6lb" in total body weight, went from 72kg to around 69kg now, but i feel i lost a lil bit over 6lb of fats.

    I would have to say amazing job man..It is not easy at our age to decide to undertake something like this. I am 33 and lost 42 lbs in just about 4 months. From what I can see in the pics without seeing a back shot, I would say you are deifinitely under 11% probably even closer to 10% maybe less. Most gyms that stay open "24 hours" will do BF% with no charge. Just an idea. Keep up the good work man.
    Just so you have an idea. My first cycle I will do in January and I already have my gear , but it is going to be 400mg/wk Sustanon 300 (Test) pin 2x's week. first 3-4 weeks kicked off w/Dbol 30-40 mg a day. That is to kickstart the gains right away, then taper off the dbol by week 4 at the point the Test has kicked in. I would only run Test on your first cycle to see if you have an sides to it. Adding Deca you never know which drug might be causing what. I have deca, but after doing a lot of research I have decided to not run it on a first cycle.

    my list of supplements isn't really huge
    1- 1.5 scoops of whey post workout "only on weight training day",. and may be another shake if i had to replace a meal during the day, none on the off day.
    2- occasionally 1-2 scoops of Jack3d 20 minutes b4 workout, if i felt there is a lil bit of energy needed.

    yourself and gbrice, are very knowledgeable, i know you guys can do much better than newer ppl in the sport like myself,. if i am in a position to give an advise, don't underestimate the power of cardio, its your bestest friend, i burn almost 800kcal/day just running,. oh,. and the concept of cheat meal/day is outta window for me, the most Ice cream i can consume in one sitting EO week is the only cheating i can remember doing

    thank you very much for the encouragement, and thx again for being the 1st to gimme a cycle advise
    for my 1st cycle "if i attempt doing it soon", i don't think i'd use anything beside just a form of T, "en. or cyb", may b second cycle,. i'd add deca,.. but Deca alone my friend?!,. i dunno,. i just think its a bad bad idea!!
    from what i read here, beside determination of the cuz of possible side effect,. i believe only test is what i need right now,. i am not looking for a kickstart "specially if bloating is in the equation", so no orals for me now,.. i am not looking for big/fast gain either,. thats why i excluded Deca outta my thinking for now,. i can feel that my body "just starving" to add some mass,. thinking of cycling now is just to "enhance" the quality/type of such weight i know i will be adding

    I appreciate all of the information people provide, for me personally I ran deca, by itself, as my very first cycle, had great gains, no side effects and kept all of the gains after I got off, as long as I stayed in the gym. I'm 44 years old and it is the only thing that makes my joints feel like they only can when on deca, it stays in your system and just stacks and stacks and stacks and the benefits just keep on giving. My personal experience only, individuals vary. I also have nothing bad to say about running test by itself, I personally prefer cypionate do enanthate, but have known people to alternate these and go straight from one cycle to another. You will be very pleased with your results, IMO, be sure to have your PCT in place though.

    If I would recommend something other then that I absolutely agree with your legs lacking and would suggest some mass building attention there, especially when you cycle.

    I agree that ppl vary,. thats another reason i thought to go slower on stacking things together, to just experience how my body reacts against different compounds.
    about the legs,. i think when i start "bulking", which is in my understanding to my situation its just more like stop cutting actually,. i am planning to lower my cardio instead of 60min/day to 40 or even 30,. i think the daily cardio is the reason my leg is lacking, yeah,. its getting more defined, much stronger,. i even start seeing some veins popping up there clearly,. but not actual size,. with assigning a day for only legs for the last 4 weeks,. i can say i've seen huge improvement, hopefully when supplying my body with some carbs i would see some dramatic change.
    my leg workout is as follow:
    6 sets of leg extensions,. couple of them is worming up
    4 sets squad*10,. recently i could reach over 170kg on the last set
    6 sets*10 hack
    4*10 leg press
    4*10 ham laying curls
    4*10 seated calf
    does it look good?
    i some time think its kinda too much,. but i kept upping it,. as when i start with less intense workout,. i couldn't actually feel a thing,.u know those pretty pumps?leg fatigue? after a good leg work out?",. it seems i never get this anymore no matter how intense, or heavy i left!!

    IMO that is terrible advice to give OP for their first cycle...Do you really run Deca with no Tes???

    i did some homework, and i know myself that deca alone is big No No,"see my quoted reply to tbody below",...but tbody was nice enough to contribute a piece of advise, based on his experience and what worked for him, it would be rude from my side i guess to question/judge an advise that i asked for in the first place,. but I thank you for doing so, for others who might following the thread.

    Definitely bro. I started am fasted cardio (1 hour) 4x a week a couple weeks ago, hoping it makes a big difference. Before that, I was half-assing 20-25 mins after my workout, for which I was eating a pre-workout meal. So in terms of fat loss, this MUST be a better option. If it doesn't make a difference, i'm slitting my throat...

    i have been doing AM fasted cardio too min 4 days a week. too soon to tell. but should notice it hopefully soon.

    if not ill be slitting my throat too lol
