Definitely bro. I started am fasted cardio (1 hour) 4x a week a couple weeks ago, hoping it makes a big difference. Before that, I was half-assing 20-25 mins after my workout, for which I was eating a pre-workout meal. So in terms of fat loss, this MUST be a better option. If it doesn't make a difference, i'm slitting my throat...
