    looking for routine to bring up weak spots

    Can anyone suggest any hypertrophy routines that will help me bring up my chest, traps and arms? Ive always trained strength styles focusing on deads and squats so my legs and back are pretty good but my other parts are lagging. I was thinking of something like this legs and back once a week but doing traps chest and arms twice a week.

    have you tried doing 4-5 sets of like 5-6 reps on the heavy side?

    Focus on 1 muscle that u wanna bring up and hit it 2 x week.
    Guess u can do chest and arms 2 x week. Monday/Thursday. 1 heavy and 1 light workout.
    Then do back with traps and then legs.

    Or

    1. Arms
    2. Chest,shoulders,traps
    3.Legs
    4.Rest.
    5. Back,bi
    6. Chest,traps,tri
    7. rest
