I posted this in the IGF1-Lr3 thread but got no response

I have a good friend who is a PA and have been speaking with him about IGF1-LR3. Talked about on and off times...how many mcg's to start with ect. But recenlty (over the past year or so) him and his staff have been dealing with people taking it months at a time. AS LONG AS its taken ONLY post work out. Also the dose was around 40mcg's pwo. Again ONLY post work out. Another thing is this was for indivuduals whom train 5-6 days a week, and some who trained 4 days a week trained twice a day at times. Basically stating that it was for the elite weight lifter or athlete. Has anyone heard of someone taking IGF1-LR3 for months at a time? Again consider when its taken and who is taking it.
    Thanks!!
P.S. I never doubt him he has a damn medical degree but more curious on exp with others etc.

They teach very little about exercise in medical school just not enough time for that, let alone to PA's.

So from what you've heard or maybe seen, is it common to see it ran this long?

I did. First bottle was awesome. Man, I was HUNGRY. Pumps were insane. I thought to myself, "I'm going to keep this going!!" Second bottle was ho hum. I tried a third and it was uneventful as well.

Maybe it's just me. But in my personal expirience. One was great, then my body must have gotten used to it. Two and three were a complete waste. When I do it again, and I will, I'm doing one bottle and that's it.

People say that after 4 weeks it's
    usless.

I did it for a month and loved it. I'll stay off for a month or two and then go at it
    again.

I would run it at 60mcg a day for 4 weeks.

Your body can get usto it that's why it's Important to come off.

Good luck. It's some awesome shit.
