Very simple, its something I love doing. I never think "I have to go workout" I think "I get to go workout".

Yeah that is a very good outlook. I guess i feel like i either get kinda obsessed with whatever I am doing so i go balls out all the way or nothing so i get burned out. I dont know how to explain it. my mom gave me a quote when I was younger and in high school during wrestling. It said "when you are not training someone somewhere is and when you meet him he will win". So iv always tried to go all out but have trouble getting burned out.

It's different for all of us. For some I think they just LOVE it. For the less fortunate (like me) it's routine. I have to go lift on certain times on certain days and no matter how bad I don't want to go I drag my ass there. Every time I don't go I feel like a fvcking bum. I also think it helps to have a partner sometimes and change the gym your going to. Sometimes I have to change my routine to stay motived and switch up the monotony of it all.

Everyone gets in a rut, you just have to figure your own way to get out of it.

Sometimes it's hard to get to the gym 2x a day for AM cardio and weights, what keeps me motivated is realizing that all the hard work is giving me a step up on everyone else. For instance, on Halloween, when everyone was out getting drunk, I was in the gym doing heavyass squats. Then I woke up the next morning bigger, stronger and leaner; and everyone else in town woke up hungover .
