    More cardio on juice

    I just started my 6th week of a TEST E cycle of 500 per week a few days ago, and since I've been bulking I have cut down on the cardio in order to preserve and add muscle. Right now I am definitely gaining some fat from all the extra calories (clean calories BTW) I have been eating lately. I would really love to be as lean and ripped as possible on this cycle, so I was wondering if the TEST E will keep me from losing muscle if I increase my cardio. This is my first cycle, so I don't know if the same rules of cardio apply while on the juice. I usually only do cardio 3-4 times a week in order to lose as little muscle as possible.

    If ur goal is to cut u need to keep up the cardio. Yes the test will keep u anabolic through cArdio

    I think what you are after is a lean bulk, so some light cardio will help you hold off some water and fat while you gain lean mass. I would do 15-20 minutes of steady state low intensity cardio after your workouts 3-4 days a week.

    i do 20 min 5 days a week at 70% max heart beat... just to keep water down and ive took 2 inches(pants size) off and gained 23 pounds and holding that steady... those gains were at week 6 and im know on week 10 and still gaining weight not water weight.. so i think you will be fine if you keep the heart rate down...dress in heavy sweats to sweat alot .. its working for me.
