Decline Press-bench (3 sets, 6-10 reps)
flat dumbell press (2 sets 6-10reps)
Incline Press-bench or dumbell (2 sets, 6-10 reps)

there is the workout cycle that i will be on.... let me know what you think or anything that i can add. i will be doing cardio also 3-5 days a week, even on my "rest days"
