    cycle workout

    hey guys... i was wondering what you though of this cycle routine. i read on the anabolic workout page that you should workout EOD to let your body rest? do you prefer this?

    CHEST, BICEPS

    Decline Press-bench (3 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Incline Press-bench or dumbell (2 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Dips (2-3 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Barbell Curls (3 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Hammer Curls (2 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Machine Fly (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Pushups (2 sets till fail)
    Overhead Cable Curl (2 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Abs- Machine and Knee Raises (2 sets ea, 15-20)

    QUADS
    Squats (2-3 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Leg Press Sitting (3 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Standing Leg Press (2 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Leg Curls (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Leg Extensions (2 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Dumbell Lunges (2 sets, 8-12 reps)

    SHOULDERS, TRICEPS
    Military Press-dumbell (3 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Behind Neck Barbell Presses (2 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Lateral Raises (2 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Skull Crushers (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Pushdowns (3 sets, 8-12 reps)
    Diagonal Cable Pull (2 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Bench Dips (2 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Abs- Machine and Knee Raises (2 sets ea, 15-20)

    BACK, CALVES
    Chin Ups (2-3 sets, 6-10 reps)
    Lateral Pull Downs (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Barbell Bent Over Row (2 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Seated Cable Row (2 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Standing Calf Raises (3 sets, 8-12 reps)
    Seated Calf Raises (2 sets, 8-12 reps)
    T-bar Rows (2 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Back extensions (3 sets, 8-12 reps)


    there is the workout cycle that i will be on.... let me know what you think or anything that i can add. i will be doing cardio also 3-5 days a week, even on my "rest days"

    close grip bench press (3 sets 8-10reps)
    Skull Crushers (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
    Bench Dips (2 sets, 8-10 reps) add weight to yourself
    Abs- Machine and Knee Raises (2 sets ea, 15-20)

    BACK, CALVES
    Lat Pull ups (2 sets, 8-10 reps) add weight to yourself
    Chin Ups (2 sets, 6-10 reps)
    t bar Bent Over Row (3 sets, 8-10 reps)
    dumbell rows (2 sets, 8-10 reps)

    what are your thoughts on the one day on, one day off?

    also, why infront barbell raises rather than behind neck barbell raises?
