Im trying to set up a workout scheduel, The problem is im not %100 sure what I need to work on. My goal is to get back on the football field. Im 20yr old and was playing college football as a DL. I'm 6'2 300LBS. Unfortunetly I have a semester im going to be spending at home. I need this semester to pay off in the weight room or my dreams are over.. Im looking for a Mon - Fri schedual. Any advice is appreciated.
