    Training style poll

    Hey guys, im doing a poll and i want to know when you guys are cycling i want how you guys train. This is a poll, what is your most favorite way to train whilst on cycle. And im talking about training days and off days not training styles.

    1 day on 1 day Off (repeat)
    5 days on 2 off
    6 days on 1 off
    7 days full

    I usually go 4 on 1 off.

    even with gear i believe i need rest...

    haha 'I'. I recover fast, i always do 7 days full, but i run a periodisation design, but on gear i go about 2 on 1 off, cardio on off. but like F4iGuy i change it up too, cuz shit happens on days.

    I train 5 days a week but never more then 3 in a row. After training 3 days straight Im whooped.

    i train 7 days a week usually

    however my split is very broken up so its hard for me to overtrain my CNS

    Kay I voted before I read, so mine applies to me not on cycle, as I never have. But 5 on 2 off for me. But a few weeks of this and I'm fried.

    THink more rest days would be best for me but I just love training

    i do 1 on 1 off, but do cardio on the off days 3 times a week.

    I like to go 5 on 2 off but on or off gear it gets tiring with work and other activities. I go with 1 on 1 off for good recovery and intensity when i get back in there
