Im currently on a test prop only cycle 150mg's eod for 8 weeks. My goal is to put on as much muscle as possible. My question is how many days do I need to rest each muscle group? My workouts consist of around 3 different excersizes per major muscle group 4-5 sets per excersize 6-12 reps per set. Thanks
