how many days of lifting are you going to be doing a week?
like 5
ive always done
day1 chest
day2 shoulders
day3 legs
day4 off
day5 bis/tris
day6 back
day7 off
restart the cycle,,,,,,,,, but i dont feel this is right, there must be a better combination for me, im deffiently into more weight less reps cause im tryin to bulk
i wouldnt train chest and shoulders on consecutive days if you're doing a 5 day split,

Chest
Legs
Shoulders
Arms........this is what i used to use and liked a lot, obviously you can add a rest day after chest if you want or anyother day infact......
lots of diferent opinions on what people like..
Is a five day split good? maybe combine a body part to give me an extra day off ? im looking for a new split?
its my favourite split.....though im doing a 3 day at the min while on CKD and im enjoying it also...
Legs,traps,grip
Chest,shoulders,tris,abs
Back,Biceps,grip...............threre are many variations mate so just stick witrh one for a few weeks and see if you like it.....

Have used this 5 day split and loved it:
M: Back
T: Chest
W: off (just abs at home)
Th: Legs/calves
F: Shoulders/Traps
Sa: Arms
Su: just abs at home again
Have been using a 3 day split i find far superior (I know train lower volume but higher intensity (fewer sets but all to at least failure or rest/pause or drop sets)
1: Chest/bis/hams/abs
2. shoulders/tris/traps
3. Back/quads/calves/abs
off usually just one day, but extra rest day thrown in somewhere if needed (depending on how many body parts sore and how sore)
