    IGF worth the money?

I'm interested in running IGF-1 LR3 for about four weeks. I know it's not expensive, but I just wanted to know if it would be a waste of money.

I would pin 100mcg immediately PWO on workout days into the muscle group I have trained, and I think 30mcg on non-workout days into my lagging muscle group (which would definitely be my calves). I read that I may experience a decrease in bodyfat, decent muscle gains, and a height increase if your growth plates are still open (which they are). How much of this is true and what should I expect? If you ran IGF alone please tell me your experience.

    19yrs
    5'8
    167lbs
    about 18 months of training.

Also, what should I include anything special in my diet, or should I just eat as clean as possible?

And please, don't post shit like "just eat more"... simply answer my questions if you can.

    Thanks in advance

    ...i don't follow.

but i kind of see where you're going with this. I understand that i don't need AAS yet because i have so much natural testosterone and i haven't come close to my genetic limit.

Then if you know that, what is the meaning of this thread?

IGF LR3 is bullshit. Nothing but a marketing scam.

You need a good diet/training protocol. Thats all at 19 years old.

bullshit meaning...i won't see results? or bullshit meaning, the results are not nearly as good as other stuff like aas, hgh, slin, etc ?

i've been reading about slin for months but then i realized that IGF could be a safer alternative. i would buy humalog because it has the shortest active window, what should i consume in that active window?

igf is not a waste of money as long as you have everything in order.

the reason why some say it is bullshit and doesn't do anything is most likely because it doesn't give you nearly the same gains as testosterone based compounds.

im not trying to be a repetitive asshole when i say you are 19 and should probably focus on taking in a ton of calories and lifting heavy. but if you are set on starting an igf cycle, realize you have to be knowledgeable on reconstituting and deluting this stuff. you also need to know a sensible dosage for you situation. if you've never injected anything into your body before, please realize there is a process to keep everything sterile.

i'm 22, 165, 5'6", 9%bf and run 80mcgs a day bilaterally. i shoot first thing in the morning on nonlifting days.

100mcgs is way too much, probably even for a pro.

    hope this helps

thanks bro. i'll reconsider on the 100mcg and probably run 80mcg. what type of gains did you experience from your first cycle?
