Thinking of doing a clen/t3/Prop/winni cycle for about 6-8 weeks
I'm 286lb 6'3 and about 20% bf I need to be at 235lb in about 3months no more it's very important for a job
I'm eating right and I'll be doing 45 min cardio in the morning and doing high intensity weight circuits 4 days a week and also will be running a mile as fast as possible in the evenings or playing basketball for about 30 min
any good thoughts on this cycle and if it will help me reach my goal in three months or not
