    some back pics guys. remember guys no pump. just before i workout.

    4sets wide grip pull downs 4 ssets close grip pull downs 4sets barbell bentover rows 4sets dumbell rows abd 4sets cable rows. 4 sets weighted hyper extensions

    Awesome back man, I just worked back tonight my routines almost identical to yours except I don't have any db rows, I should throw them in. You ever do any T bar rows?

    Thanks. nope i dont pre exaust or drop set but ima start. believe it or not i feel i dont have a big appetite. i wish i could eat the way people think i eat lol.

    this is prob a dumb question to most of u--but which of those exercises hits the middle of ur back--the muscle under ur traps?

    on the close grip--underhand grip or overhand grip?

    on ur pulldowns--down in front or behind neck?
