I am about to start a 1 month cycle of spawn(90mg tren, 24mg epi ed) and am concidering doing a twice a day routine that hits each muscle twice a week. I am going to be eating 4500 cals, and from what I hear about spawn it is very hard to gain fat, pretty much all muscle. I am comming off a big cut diet and I figure even if I ate 3k cals for 1 week I would jump 10 lbs easy. I have had a calorie deficit for 1 month now and really feel like once I start eating more my strength and size is going to really explode. Seeing as spawn is only a 4 week cycle, that would mean I am only getting 4 workouts in per body part. I am concidering the routine below, and since I work in a gym it wouldnt be inconvienat at all, just wondering how my body will take it. Each muscle group will be the standard 10-14 sets with 4-5 diff exercises reps from 8-12
Monday
Morning- Chest
Night- Bi
Tuesdays
morning -back
night- Tri
Wed
Morning - Shoulders
Night- Legs (I was gonna do legs in the morning but if you do them right you shouldnt be able to walk for 6 hours)
then I would repeat Thurs-Sat
I dont really see a problem seeing as I will be working 1 big bodypart in the moring, then at night a very small part. A single Bicep workout isnt to grueling so I think I should be fine.
Edit: After the 4 weeks of these 2 a days I will switch back to a once a day/once a week routine. I think While on spawn I would see TREMENDOUS results from this workout, then when switching back to a once a week and deloading my body I would continue to see strength gains
