your CNS is usually a little shot when you are sick. so it is a good idea not to push it..
but you can still workout, if you really want, just don't push the limits. it could either make you more sick, or cause over training
Ah ok. I'll jux rest up the rest of the week and start again next week.
it depends how sick you are, I still try to get in there and go light if its just a cold, but thats me

sometimes workin out can make the cold worse, i experienced this recently. I was also in dreaded pct when your immune system is at its lowest. not fun
There's no point. It takes an intense workout to make any kind of progress. An intensity you probably couldn't/wouldn't want to reach when you're sick.
