I am on a Test E and EQ cycle at the moment.
Doin the dog walk twice a day + 40min higher intensity cardio after the first dog walk in the AM empty stomach.

Really? I'm bout 16-17% BF.
Would really like to get to around 11-12%
I've got love handles and a little belly fat that I have gotten rid of once in my life. I was doing landscape and irrigation installation work for about 3years and that got me cut. diggin tree holes the size of bunkers and miles of trenches.
And that was some serious cardio.
Just want to make the most of this cycle. I know diet is the most important.
So Basically doin to much cardio?
