    DC Training?

Anyone employ DC training or have done?

I've used HIT and incorperate it every 4-6 weeks (depending on strength/LBM gains) which is very similar.

Today I trained DC, chest, shoulders and triceps and... It was harder than I thought, alot harder.

    Incline Bench Press (Smith)
    60kg x20
    80kg x15
    100kg x12
    125kg 8, 4, 2 (14RP)
10-12 secs Static 4-5 inches from lockout

    Extreme stretch for 30-40seconds.

Repeated with shoulders (seated overhead press [smith]) and triceps (reverse grip bench press [smith]).

    Felt good.

If your training DC I assume your taking tidy off and training back/bi/legs tomorrrow. Having the day off makes all the diff in the world. You are gonna feel really strong tomorrow and have tons of energy. Once I switched to DC I never went back to "normal" training again, only when i am cutting.

I love DC training, I just finished my first blast and made excellent gains off of it. Just keep beating that log book!

YES!!!!!! i have been using DC for almost a year now and am fckin amazed with the results. I am using the 3 day split and have found that i recover completely just before the workout for that part come around again. Glad to see some other people looking into it.

At first glance it looks like your not doing much but if done properly you will be SPENT by the end. Try some widowmakers <---- first times ive thrown up from working out.

    keep us posted Swifto.
