hey, I am 5ft 3 and 115lbs. I feel that with my small frame I can afford to lose maybe another 5-10lbs. My main areas of complaint are my upper arms and thighs for losing inches. My stomach and my butt just need toning. I will be joining a gym very soon with my boyfriend but I would like to get started at home.
Any advice, help, tips would be great. Diet tips would be appreciated also. I am not allowed to eat any meat except turkey so please bear that in mind. My boyfriend has a pretty good diet so he will be helping me a lot.
