You know you're two weeks out when...

You eat extra veggies to stave off the ravenous hunger and feel guilty for cheating.

    2.5 weeks to go.

What type of diet do you guys go on before competing?

Just wondering how you drop a good deal of fat and retain all that muscle, and do it so quickly.

Smart cardio, smart dieting...and trust me, 12-16 weeks on a contest diet seems far from "quickly" when youre the one doing it.

Agreed. I went from 185 in August to 164. I've not lost any strength at all and actually hit a few personal bests. Long and slow is where it's at.

I was doing fine with craving food, until today (Easter with the fam) and watching everyone eat my wife's chocolate chip pie...

^x2 Easter had me frustrated. By the end of the day I was so tired of watching people eat. I am usually okay with it when my wife has something bad but by Easter night I felt like enough was enough already.
