    WK5 MY PROGRESS!!! please review n post

    hey guys jus started my fifth week of testoviron +deca. my appetite is increasin alot, i can see my weights goin up, i can feel myself getting stronger. i have put on about 8 to 11.2 lbs entering wk 5 depending on the fullness of my stomach. no water weight, thanks to my awesome clean diet. anyway i know the gear hasnt fully kicked in yet. but when can expect to see some noticible physical muscle size changes? my cycle is 12 weeks.

    here is what did so far n will do
    wk 1 to wk 4 .........deca 300mgs testoviron 400 mgs
    wk 5 starting today to wk 10.........deca 400mgs testoviron 500 mgs
    wk 11 and 12 testoviron 500 mgs

    starting wt 157 lbs
    current 163 2 to 168.2 lbs on avg 165 lbs

    so i gained some weight but i havent seen any noticible physical muscle size changes. how am i doing so far? im heavier n stronger but my muscles are still the same size. when do i get to see some real size?

    Keep training brother theyre coming . Some guys get visible results faster than others but, nice gains on paper . Bump up the intensity of your workouts, by the way what are they like. You gotta train and eat like an animal. My best training sessions were totally focused ones with intense music jamming my ipod, no distractions. Your results are coming brother keep up what your doing !!!! Good work.

    my workouts are a push i try to go up in weight every train tue to thursday

    i dont think i am bout 5'8 and lean not exactly mr olympia status...10 years workin out all nat started @ 125 back in hs....by 23 i worked my ass off to get to 150lbs plus baseball at 10% bf......currently 26 @ 166 to 168 lbs.....perfect diet workin out 4 times a week....i can still hit a baseball a mile. no offence im not some stupid ass kid who doesnt know shit. dont question motives n tell me i dont deserve a cycle...i know my body not u...im in good shape but i wanna be excellent...sorry but your comment really pissed me off...u dont go up to allstar atheletes n question their motivesn kindly stick to my post....dont tell me what i should or shouldn't be doing

    this is rich.....i guess we have to take your word on it....that being said sence this is the internet everyone knows that im 5-10 300lbs 6% body fat....and im rich....

    4 to 5 meals per day no bad carbs no processed food n no dairy...high protien n good carbs btw im up 166 to 168 lbs n kickin my ass at the gym

    u should not be using steroids. u havent reached you fulll potential yet....

    This coming from a scrawny little 160lb guy that cant take logical advice after he makes a thread and asks ppl to post. Not to mention you think that u haven't put on any water weight cause of a clean diet... you drink water? Then you've added water weight, dumb ****.

    "perfect" i assure your it is not... 10 Years working out.... And of course you started benching 125lbs.. didn't we all? But yeah back to my point.... Personally steroids are for the plateau, the top of the hill... personally your no where near top. And that is just my opinion... Take it however you want. I am 5'6/5'7 about. And I didnt start cycling until 170+ lbs. And let me tell you it was hard work to get there at my height.

    Oh and I love the first post. "No water weight". I didn't know a mirror can confirm this? is your body different then ours? Does it come with a water weight meter? If you have noticed any physical size.. I am sure you are bloated a little.......

    Need to realize when you post publicly to be aware and be ready for all replies. NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE!....

    However. I must say you seem to be doing alright keep us posted with final results. You should have took some before pics. This way when your done you can compare.

    You should start to see real size gains in week 6. Not sure on how to judge your progress though. How are your sides? Is everything going as planned? We might be able to help you a little more with questions like that. If everything is good, then just be patient, you will see results soon. Good luck

    yes sir everything is good i suppose i have put on some water its not very noticible to me atleast i also dont have sides, except i get hungry alot.

    i agree i jus dont appreciate these guys tryin to be wise here...jus asked a simple ? not bieng pissed on...btw to answer your q i have no intentions to weigh more than 180 lbs...more power to ya if u think 180 plus looks good on a person your frame...i have no interest in tryin to look like a wrestler or an nfl linebacker. and i started workin out OFF N ON...at 15 but dint start getting serious until i was 21.....my diet is not perfect but do eat very clean n get my nutrients in

    Your first post you stated you gained no water weight, period. You never went on to say anything else about how u know how test adds water weight. Anyways, enough bickering.

    you could've been nice lol... u desi? im tryin to get like him....im super close he was the reason i started workin out....btw i cant physically see much bloat...so i assumed wrong, i guess this is part of the drill. im lookin forward to some real gains soon hopefully

    lol this is what.. your 3rd + cycle and your weighed 157lbs?

    fark me this is entertaining.

    maybe you will gain some actual weight and see your such desired changes if your improved your diet.

    you say you dont eat the best and eat 4 meals a day but you claim you know it all and dont need to be told what to do?

    lack of luck maybe this is my 2nd cycle. i tried this cycle twice in the past....got stuck with bunk gear, anyway u get the award for the biggest underestimater on this forum....look at results im 11 lbs heavier....granted its water but its workin if u cant encourage then peace out..Y DOES EVERY OTHER GUY HERE THINK THEY ARE SUPERIOR...get a life pal...im doin this to reach my goal.
