    "perfect" i assure your it is not... 10 Years working out.... And of course you started benching 125lbs.. didn't we all? But yeah back to my point.... Personally steroids are for the plateau, the top of the hill... personally your no where near top. And that is just my opinion... Take it however you want. I am 5'6/5'7 about. And I didnt start cycling until 170+ lbs. And let me tell you it was hard work to get there at my height.

    Oh and I love the first post. "No water weight". I didn't know a mirror can confirm this? is your body different then ours? Does it come with a water weight meter? If you have noticed any physical size.. I am sure you are bloated a little.......

    Need to realize when you post publicly to be aware and be ready for all replies. NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE!....

    However. I must say you seem to be doing alright keep us posted with final results. You should have took some before pics. This way when your done you can compare.

    i agree i jus dont appreciate these guys tryin to be wise here...jus asked a simple ? not bieng pissed on...btw to answer your q i have no intentions to weigh more than 180 lbs...more power to ya if u think 180 plus looks good on a person your frame...i have no interest in tryin to look like a wrestler or an nfl linebacker. and i started workin out OFF N ON...at 15 but dint start getting serious until i was 21.....my diet is not perfect but do eat very clean n get my nutrients in

    Your first post you stated you gained no water weight, period. You never went on to say anything else about how u know how test adds water weight. Anyways, enough bickering.

    I love Salman Kahn's movies btw...

    you could've been nice lol... u desi? im tryin to get like him....im super close he was the reason i started workin out....btw i cant physically see much bloat...so i assumed wrong, i guess this is part of the drill. im lookin forward to some real gains soon hopefully
