Hey guys...I am currently doing a 5 day split with Biceps and Triceps on the same day. The problem is my biceps die after 2 sets of anything really and I can barely do anything else for them. What is going on? Surely 2 sets isn't enough. I have tried spacing out my back and bicep workouts but the same result occurs. This doesn't happen with any other muscle.
Here's my bicep/Tricep workout if it helps:
Barbell Curls 3 sets/8-10
superset w/
Decline Overhead Extensions 3 sets/8-10
Usually after this I have troubles with the rest of the bicep exercises...
Hammer Curls 3 sets/6-10
superset w/
Rope Pulldowns 3 sets/10-12
Hammer Strength Preacher Curls 2 sets/
Weighted Dips 2 sets/failure
Any ideas?
