    Heart flutters/skips

Currently taking 500 Test E a week. Feel abnormal heart beats/skips, heart seems to stop for brief second and then pound and restart. I've noticed this occurs weather I'm on or off gear. Although while on, it seems to increase in frequency. Went to the doc, had tests run, had abnormal EKG. So had me wear a holter monitor, it came back abnormal. So then he sends me for stress test and ultrasound of the heart. Both were NORMAL! So he says you could just have high stress, so I ask him, stress that causes my heart to do this all day every day? What the "F", btw I've seen two different doctors and they both told me the same thing. They both told me it's what is called PSVT and many people have it and not to worry about it.

Trained off and on since high school, seriously for last five years, mid teens on body fat. Diet is fairly clean. No caffiene, no other supplements, besides the TEST E. Drink lots of water, lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Cardio two to three times a week for 30mins to try and keep ticker in check.

Although you posted that you consume no caffeine throughout the day, I had this exact same problem but aside from eliminating all caffeine/sugar I also increased my nightly sleep time which caused my abnormal heartbeat to regulate. Also I had irregular sleeping patterns as well but after cleaning all this up mine has not bothered me sense. My doctor had told me it was not anything to really worry about unless it dramatically increased during intense workouts. (At the time I never worked out)

Do you have a family history of heart problems? Do you have stress factors that could cause panic attacks? Did you tell the doctor about taking AAS? If you are unsure about that stuff, you might want to find a doctor ur comfortable with so that all the right test are performed, IMO.

I get this all the time - had a EKG done and the docs had no concern. My heart rate beats normal, then slows and quiets, then skips, then pounds, then beats normal. No effect other than being odd and sometimes anxiety producing.
