Hey guys, been having this problem for a while, I've done multiple google searches and just cannot come up with a reasonable answer.
After a training session I will sometimes (not always) get tiny red dots on my skin, specifically around the particular muscle worked that session. For instance today i worked my shoulders and triceps and come home to discover the dots in question littering my right shoulder??
It mainly occurs on my shoulders/traps or my upper thigh on their own respective days. It is also more likely to occur the harder i go!They usually disappear within a day or to.
It definitely not heat rash nor is it cause by any restrictive clothing.
Anyone ever experience anything like this or have any idea as to what it might be?
