    Before/After - Natural Cut Progress

Still need to work on the love handles and obliques a little more - also seems that no matter what I try I can't get my chest to grow...

Hell yea! It took me awhile to fully understand diet and macros, but I think I've got a good grasp of it now. To be honest, I didn't step on a scale or look in the mirror the entire time. I don't have any scales at home, and all my bathroom mirrors are medicine cabinet like so I couldn't see anything but my face. The pics I took were at work in front of their mirrors in the bathroom lol. You get such a better understanding of your progress when you don't glance at a mirror everyday. That and the tanning helped too lol

You have done a good job, however with the arc in your back in that first photo you can clearly see your trying to exaggerate your stomach...

Thanks for all the motivation guys! In response to my back, I have a condition called Lordosis which is an exaggerated curvature of the spine in the lower lumbar region. Both parents have had back problems so it was nothing knew when I found out I had it. I have some more before/after pics I'll get posted tonight after work.

I was a skinny little thing in the beginning, weighting only ~135lbs. Due to diet and exercise (and certain medications) I now weight ~165lbs. My goal macros are set up to get me to 185lbs. where I'd like to stay being as lean as possible too. Going in my focus was more on becoming leaner than anything else.

I don't have any body fat percentages to go by - calipers put me at 12%, digital scale says I'm 20%, and calculations found on the internet put me at around 15%. So I'm kinda at a loss when it comes to that. The closest University that has a dunk tank is over 4 hours away - not something I really have the time to get done at the moment.

Weight gain has slowly tapered off, so I don't expect to see much progress other than getting leaner. I'm in it for as long as it takes to reach my goals. 185lbs. with under 10% body fat would be ideal.

I'm glad to see i'm not the only person experiencing this! Almost the same readings as you too - 12% w/ calipers, 20% on the body composition scale (which made me INSANE), and I think i'm honestly sitting at around 16% or so.

Tell me about it - I almost had a flippin heart attack when it told me I was 20%! Glad I wasn't the one that paid $80 for that damn scale...I'll give it another 8 weeks and see where I'm at before deciding to take the hike up to the Univeristy.

LoL, unfortunately I DID pay $80 for it! I guess I could return it. It was also nice enough to tell me my body age is 53.... not even sure wtf that means, but I know it can't be good.

LoL, that's one positive way to look at it! Either that, or the BF% is right and i've abused my body so much over the years that it IS 53 years old!
