Still need to work on the love handles and obliques a little more - also seems that no matter what I try I can't get my chest to grow...

Is this seriously you man? great progress if it is!! how long you been cutting?
IS THAT SERIOUSLY YOU?
Wow man great work, im cutting myself right now, been going just over 4weeks, its inspirational man to see we're on the right track!! when did u realy begin to see some good changes?
Hell yea! It took me awhile to fully understand diet and macros, but I think I've got a good grasp of it now. To be honest, I didn't step on a scale or look in the mirror the entire time. I don't have any scales at home, and all my bathroom mirrors are medicine cabinet like so I couldn't see anything but my face. The pics I took were at work in front of their mirrors in the bathroom lol. You get such a better understanding of your progress when you don't glance at a mirror everyday. That and the tanning helped too lol
Good work man!
Nice job...Only 8 weeks...damn good!
You have done a good job, however with the arc in your back in that first photo you can clearly see your trying to exaggerate your stomach...
was gonna state the same thingOriginally Posted by 007;51***53
along with the tan... which helps ya look leaner
you may not of really lost that much
(not sayin you didnt, just saying there are ways to make it appear so. especially in pics)
how bout starting weight and body fat...and weight and body fat now?
Thanks for all the motivation guys! In response to my back, I have a condition called Lordosis which is an exaggerated curvature of the spine in the lower lumbar region. Both parents have had back problems so it was nothing knew when I found out I had it. I have some more before/after pics I'll get posted tonight after work.
I was a skinny little thing in the beginning, weighting only ~135lbs. Due to diet and exercise (and certain medications) I now weight ~165lbs. My goal macros are set up to get me to 185lbs. where I'd like to stay being as lean as possible too. Going in my focus was more on becoming leaner than anything else.
I don't have any body fat percentages to go by - calipers put me at 12%, digital scale says I'm 20%, and calculations found on the internet put me at around 15%. So I'm kinda at a loss when it comes to that. The closest University that has a dunk tank is over 4 hours away - not something I really have the time to get done at the moment.
Weight gain has slowly tapered off, so I don't expect to see much progress other than getting leaner. I'm in it for as long as it takes to reach my goals. 185lbs. with under 10% body fat would be ideal.
great work man..is your diet posted in the diet section...woudl love to see how you did it!
