How many of you guys take de-load periods during a cycle? Just wondering if you guys incorporate de-loads into a cycle, or durring PCT? Or if you just go balls to the wall the whole cycle? I would assume taking a de-load week during the first week of PCT might not be a great idea due to losing gains?
I'm in my fourth week of 6 week HDROL cycle and not sure when to take a De-load week. Never really taken a Deload before but have recently read about it and think it would be beneficial. Should I just try one AFTER PCT or would incorporating one into the cycle be good?
