Hey just started a new 5 by 5 routine would just like to see what everyone thinks.. And if anyone has any expireience or opinions please share. Thanks!
Day 1 lower body
Squats
Single ham curls
Seated calf raises
Abs
Day 2 upper body
Flat bb press
Db rows
Close grip bb press
Bb curls
Day 3
Rest
Day 4 lower body
Deal lift
Bb lunges
Ham curls
Abs
Day 5 upper body
Incline bb press
Weighted chin ups
Weighted dips
Seated hammer curls
Day 6
Rest the repeat
Edit. Thought I'd add in that each excercise is 5 sets of 5 reps with and couple warm up sets before hand and 2 mins rest between each set.
