Thing is my diet hasnt changed since starting the cycle apart from upping the amounts a bit. Yesterday I ate:
breaky 7am: large bowl porridge with milk.
mid10am: 100g beef sanwhich, apple
1pm: chicken breast carrots and sprouts and gravy
4pm: chicken veg and gravy again
7pm pre training: two cheese on toast, apple
9pm: protein shake
11pm: chicken dinner again.
Ok I like my chicken but I do subsitute it for fish or other lean meats all the time. Yesterday was a long day but usually I eat 6 times a day not 7. Cut out the cheese on toast and train after my 4pm meal.
That's it for diet. I dont use vitamins or any other supplements unless I feel I need them.
