    19 is too young
    BF is essential
You need to have a GREAT diet in place years before starting AAS
Congrats on the muscle you have right now, use it to build more naturally

Lets do this the right way ok? You need a diet. Are you willing to start off with that?

I would continue with your dieting and training for the next 4/5 years, this gives you enough time to educate yourself in the correct protocols to be followed when using aas...

At 19 your to young and risk causing yourself serious harm in the future...

Thats perfect! By the time you get out, you will be in much better shape, and you will be around the recommended minimum age for using steroids. You hit the jackpot!

Be smart, these people are giving you the right advice. Go to the marines and get your base first. That picture doesn't show much muscle and you could do much better without drugs first. Why don't you see what you are made of first and how good you really are without steroids then once you wanna go beyond your limits start implementing low dose cycles and work your way from there

if we thought he needed cycle advice we would have given it, and this board damn sure doesn't advise people as to how to break the law and get away with it. please follow the lead of the vets here.

first tou tell him not to, then go ahead and tell him how to do it? and then you encourage, by giving detailed and out of date information on illegal activity?

Definately not the direction this board wishes to go....

I think that is edit worthy. The entire post. Do not hand a cycle to people that have not done a lick of research, this is how they mess up and continue to stay uneducated. And on top of teaching him how to smuggle drugs across the border that is a no no

basically Salvador.. you will lose every pound you gain once you join the marines.. and even worse than that is you will fall behind in your class due to your size.. a big marine is a dead marine.. they will teach you that in the core.. it takes two guys to carry a wounded soldier at 180lbs.. but four guys to carry one at 260lbs.. so they will run your ass into the ground until you get under 200lbs.. Not to mention you are a bigger target for the other guys to shoot at.. so why bother doing a cycle if your gonna lose all of it in a year..

exactly, the Marines will shape you into the person they want you to be, and when they are done you will have a fantastic base to build off of and take yourself to whichever level you want to be at.

Don't know how USMC does it, but the Army feeds you like shit. Guaranteed you'll come out a lean mean endurance machine. Even if you were of age, I see no point in cycling right before the military. They'll whip your ass into contest prep shape or damn near close before you know it. You goals will be fulfilled soon kid.

    army vet here...

just from my experience... if you can Start basic training doing 40 pushups, run a 6 minute mile and do 80 situps, you will be ahead of 80% of every one else.

we had some pretty big guys starting out... real proud of their physiques and all, but couldn't run for sh1t. Massive guys have a hard time. It's the thin wirey guys that do well in the military.

I was in the Marines for 4 years, and as someone stated above you are better off to have endurance and speed, not strength and size when you're in the Corps'.

Also if you ever get deployed while in the Marines do NOT expect to gain/keep a lot of muscle. I was in Iraq and it's hard enough to even get 3 meals a day, and most of those were shitty and filled with just the basic essentials.

Wait til you're out and then consider using AAS.
